If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just send us an email and we can help you further.
Before you contact us you should check these things:
－Check your email and find the tracking number with the link to check it
－Go to your "Account" and check if the adress you wrote is correct
－Check if you received a notification at your adress to pick up your stuff, it could be at the post office
－Check if your neighbour received your packet with your name
After doing this and not finding it, please send your Order Number to our customer service

Why Was My Order Cancelled And My Payment Refunded?
Possible reasons for refunding money：
- PayPal account name and address does not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we contacted you.
- The products you ordered were out of stock, if we cannot contact you in 5 days after we receive your payment, we will refund for you.
Could I Use Express Shipping If it is an Urgent Order?

How Can I Get More Newchic Points?
Once you have registered at Newchic.com, you can earn Newchic points through the following methods. When you have accumulated enough points, you can exchange them for coupons.
1. Confirming your email address: 50 Points
You will receive 50 points after you successfully verify your email address. Please note that you will only receive points for email address verification once. No points will be awarded for modified email address verification.
2. Writing reviews, posting pictures on our Newchic product pages
a. Product Review : Pure text: 20 Points, picture+pure text: 30 points. And the first 3 reviews get double points in each product
b. Share Photos or Share Video: 50 points
3. Product Purchases, excluding shipping.
Every dollar you spend on products earns your points. On the product page you can see the points you earn by making the purchase. The rule is ＄1= 1 point. Shipping fees do not earn points, only the core product price.
Points will be awarded after payment has been received.
1000 points will be rewarded to 3 collection winners for every two weeks.
